Out with the old, and in with the new...

​​It's springtime, and positive change is in the air. I am officially no longer teaching classes or training clients at Bladium. Two years ago, my boss at Club One left to go run the personal training department at Bladium, and convinced me to follow him. I'm so glad I did. All of the people that I met there, both coworkers and members, we're wonderful to work with and I value the experiences that I had which helped motivate me to start my own business.

​I'm very excited about what's coming up on the horizon - from teaching new classes, training new (and my old faithful) clients, to networking with other amazing health and fitness professionals, doors are open and the possibilities are endless!
